Today, we proudly introduce a new industrial development into the PET polyester yarn production technology.

We believe that this advancement is a breakthrough in this field which took ten years of hard and patient team work.

Our team started the subject ten years ago with the idea of quality improvement. However, the most focused aim in the world then was to increase quantity. Firstly, we made progress in quality improvement. We proved that our idea in quality improvement is correct and it works. Secondly, we discovered that not only we can achive outstanding quality but also we can increase production in all available plants.

Now, we are producing very special modified polyester yarn with the help of German Zimmer AG.

We are proud of our technical people who made this success possible.

The yarns produced by using this technology allow an increase in weaving and knitting speeds. Therefore, up to 30% of capacity increase and 8-10 times better quality can be achived. However, the most importantly this technology allows up to 40% of capacity increase in an already established POY spinning plant with a little invesment and the invesment cost will be lowered accordingly.

This yarn is of course polyester and possesses all polyester characteristics. The impressive advantage is that its quality will be higher and its cost will be lower.
